To provide you with a better service, we have updated our exchange policy.
If for any reason you wish to exchange your recent purchase, you can bring the item(s) to any HST store and we will gladly perform the exchange, provided the below guidelines are met:

  • The receipt or exchange voucher should be presented upon exchange.
  • Items should be in their original condition with the tags attached.
  • Returned items must not be worn, washed or altered.
  • The exchange is valid for up to 14 days following the purchase date, applicable throughout the year.
  • Exchange is based on the “purchase price” of the merchandise.
  • Adults’ swimwear and underwear cannot be exchanged.
  • Returned items cannot be exchanged with gift cards.
  • Our policy does not include refunds.

GS Storey Exchange Policy


We aim at offering you an enjoyable shopping experience.
If for any reason you wish to exchange your recent purchase, simply bring your item(s) to GS STOREY downtown branch and kindly make sure to bring your receipt.
We will gladly return items that are in their original condition with the tags attached. Returned items must not be used , washed , damaged nor altered.
The exchange policy extends to 7 days following the purchase date. Noting that any exchange will be based on the current selling price of the merchandise.
Please note that our policy does not include refunds.
Home delivered merchandise ( big furniture such as dining table, couch ...) can not be exchanged.
